Refund Policy

Donations

Contributions are non-refundable, as they directly fund production and platform operations. If a duplicate or accidental donation occurs, contact us within 14 days for review.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; payments already collected are non-refundable.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship packages are billed for a fixed term and are non-refundable once activated. Pro-rated refunds may be considered case-by-case if PTL fails to deliver agreed placements.

Course Purchases

Course access is generally non-refundable once the course material has been accessed. If you have not accessed any premium lessons, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund.
